KELSEY: MOBILE HOME PARK RESIDENT SANDRA SAYS SHE IS ONE OF THE HANDFUL OF RESIDENTS WHO HAVE NOT MOVED OUT YET. SHE SAYS SHE SEES A BANDED DOGS AND CATS WHO USED TO BE PETS ROAMING THE AREA.>>THEY LEFT OF THEM. KELSEY: SHE SAYS SHE HAS TRIED FOR — SHE HAS TRIED TO CALL FOR HELP WHAT SO FAR NO ONE HAS BEEN ABLE TO COME OUT AND HELP THE ANIMALS. WE SPOKE TO THE CITY AND COUNTY OFFICIALS WHO SAY THAT THE PETS ARE NOT UNDER THEIR JURISDICTION.>>YOU CANNOT GET THE POUND TO COME OUT BECAUSE WE ARE NOT IN CITY LIMITS. I'm NOT SUPRISED, I was just watching a Landlord teach other landlords about what to allow and not allow in the apt as far as pets go, According to him and his facts, he states costs more in damage. This can sway any landlord to say no pets allowed. So the tenant abandons them, and they live outside desperate. its so bad, i saw 10+ abandoned pets and two ferals cats in my 9mos of living in this apt complex.
