IT’S PART OF A NATIONWIDE INITIATIVE CALLED “CLEAR THE SHELTERS.” (LAURA) TO DATE — MORE THAN ONE-THOUSAND ANIMALS IN HAMPTON ROADS HAVE FOUND THEIR FOREVER HOMES. TONIGHT — 10 ON YOUR SIDE’S MARIELENA BALOURIS TAKES US TO THE OUTER BANKS, WHERE A COUPLE HAS MADE IT THEIR MISSION TO HELP AS MANY CATS AS POSSIBLE. GIVING EVERY ANIMAL THEY MEET ANOTHER CHANCE AT FINDING A HOME FOR LIFE.
