Cat-Camel Exercise for Lower Back Stretches

Begin on your hands and knees. Slowly pull your
head towards your chest and arch your back. Hold this as long as it is comfortable. Slowly bring your
head up while arching your back in the opposite direction. Alternate between these poses as many times as you would like.
